Here at Stirling Technology, we are committed to the development of sustainable, environmentally friendly technologies. Since 1984 we have been designing Stirling cycle engines for field use. In 1989 we developed our patented Rotary Core Heat Exchanger based on our knowledge of high heat transfer requirements of Stirling engines. We have since been working to perfect our products through the use of high grade modern materials, and by simplifying our designs. Unlike the motors in our original units, the RecoupAerators®of today feature a unique single-motor belt driven system, which uses less energy and functions better than our earlier designs and those still used by other manufacturers of Energy Recovery and Heat Recovery Ventilators.

In addition to our continual efforts to better the design of our RecoupAerators®, we have developed a 1000 c.f.m. Rotary Core Energy Recovery Ventilator for industrial applications, dubbed the HFB1000. For performance specifications of the HFB 1000, click here.

We are currently working to develop larger scale Rotary Core Heat Exchangers with air flow capacities of up to 10,000 c.f.m.

We are also developing a smaller scale Stirling engine of the V2 rider type. Unfortunately, we are unable to reveal the particulars of this project at present, but soon we hope to be able to unveil this new Stirling engine.
